reiki intention

The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind

intention

Intention has been scientifically shown to affect us on a cellular level. Positive intentions affect our cells positively, and negative intentions have adverse effects. By focusing your intention on 'healing,' you are essentially reprogramming your biology to heal yourself. The practice of Reiki with a practitioner aids you in  reducing  harmful stress and anxiety. The lower your stress, the more your immune system activates to heal you on cellular and psychological levels.

integrative therapy

Reiki is now being considered an integrative therapy in many major hospitals and institutions, offering patients a method to significantly reduce anxiety, stress and physical pain. Reiki can also be part of a routine preventative exercise, offering continued balance and well-being, better preparing you for all of life's challenges.  We tend to work out and feed our bodies for optimal health and invigorate our minds for mental stimulation, but seldom do we dedicate the time to strengthen our connection to our spirit. To take advantage of all that life has to offer, body, mind, and spirit must be balanced for optimal well-being. The more we 'work-out' and connect to our inner Self, the more fluidly we can flow with the nature of life with clarity and peace.
